Here’s the information you needs to know before the session 👇🏽

  • If you’re later than 15 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • The session usually takes between 1.5 – 2.5 hrs
  • Please use the toilet before the session.
  • Please DO NOT rush the technician and try not to make lots of movements during the session.
  • Please don’t drink coffee before coming to the session (your eyes will shake and cause the session to take longer/poor retention).
  • Please don’t use your phone or chew gums during the session.
  • A makeup removal fee will be applied if you wear any eye makeup that’s difficult to remove before coming to the session.
  • Please remember to bring your loyalty card if you want free removal for the lash set that’s been done by Bonnie Lash.
  • All that mentioned above is to ensure your lashes are applied to the best standard.

Please note, if you didn’t do what we suggested before coming to the session, the free infill insurance (if more than 30% of the lashes fall out within 5 days after session) won’t be covered.
